To get you started, they created the sequence in the June 09 issue’s Home Practice and infused it with some of their favorite songs to make you feel alive and to connect you with your true nature. When you start the accompanying playlist, warm up with a few rounds of Sun Salutation A. As you practice, let yourself feel the rhythm and move to the groove. Play and have fun with your yoga.
