Thanks for the article, recently my exhalation has been twice as long as my inhalation and I was trying to figure out what I was doing wrong... I was sure they needed to be even. It's good to know that I'm still on track.

breathing.If we want to increase the time of exaltation than the time of inhalation we must do it voluntarily i.e
with consciousness.Do you suggest to do it like? How

Thanks a lot.This article is really helpful fro breathing practice.Lot of students have difficulty breathing deeper & moving their asana practice with Breath.Warming up with breath on the sides really help to warm up the spine.
