I was a soccer player since 12 and now i am 49 yrs. In between was long distance n body building for 3 yrs. At 46 i took up yoga classes for 3 yrs. Can i get somewhere with my home practice?
I just restarted the beginners yoga again after working with my 8 yr. old daughter's 3rd grade classmates after school (45 minutes). However, I want to really get committed to helping more myself 1st and then the kids for 2008-2009.

I appreciate this a lot. I have never been competitive with yoga, but I do admit to wanting to do backbends with the ease I did before. It's good to remember to go slow and pay attention. If a baby backbend does not feel good, then do not go further until it feels natural. Well, that is what I have come up with. Thanks for reminding me I don't have to do a full wheel to get delightful benefits of yoga.
