I, too, would like to know why you shouldn't shift your weight to the front leg

Kristina

Of course! I missed the part with the sandbag there. Thank you Therese!

Terese

To Kristina:
I guess it can damage your muscles in your thigh and hips, due to the sandbag. "hang a sandbag on a yoga strap from your front hip crease"

I really like this pose, I feel almost like a warrior, strong, selfconfident :)

Kristina

"Never come out of this posture by shifting your weight forward onto the front leg."
- Why not?

These ideas and alignments seem very valuable, but they are too elaborate to illustrate verbally. We need a video or at least more photos of each step.
