Twisting Triangle! So yesterday when we were asked for requests I requested it, to groans from the rest of the class, so I know I'm not alone...

I still can't get comfortable going upside down. I'm hoping one day I will conquer that fear.

For some reason I never feel all that confident in my Warrior I pose. It's not a particularly difficult pose. But I don't really like the backward bending of my back, just in this position. Other poses don't bother my back like that. And it doesn't really hurt so much as I just don't like the feel of it. SO that makes me think I am doing it wrong.
Also any Crane or other balancing like that. But practice makes better practice, right?!
