Ardha Chandrasana opened up a lot of fear for me. My teacher pointed out that it might be because one becomes completely open in the heart center and balance gets thrown into the mix.

Downward-facing dog is also my toughest, most anxiety-producing pose. It's mostly because my shoulders are so tight from years of scrunching them up (work at keyboard, anxiety, etc.), they do not want to stretch out and bear weight (I think?). So I have to drop to my knees within the first few seconds of the pose -- but I'm keeping with the practice and looking forward to holding it longer!
