I wish to start practicing yoga and meditation, specifically for losing weight and for getting a glowing skin. I wanted to know how many asanas should I do each day and which all. I am an 18 year old girl.
I am wishing to start a meditation and yoga practice, but am uncertain about when to do it. I really need a transition after the workday, but is meditation meant to be a way to transition from work stress to home calm? Or is its purpose something else?
Hi, I find the best time to practice is in the morning in the fresh air outside. If I cannot do that I go to my local Yoga Studio. I know that people find fitting in any type of fitness to be difficult due to our busy lives.
