Why does the video stop after just a few minutes?

Video streaming time is a function of Internet connection speed. If you have a slow connection, the video will take longer to load. If you try to watch the video before it loads completely, it will stop playing until more of the video is loaded. Try letting the video download completely and then playing it.

The volume is too low. How can I change it?

If you are having trouble hearing the videos, you should check the volume controls in three places: the computer speakers, the Windows audio player, and on the videos themselves. If you are watching the videos on a laptop computer, you may want to hook up external speakers, as laptop speaker quality can be thin.

Why won't the videos play on my computer?

If you are using a much older version of a web browser, you may need to update the program to be able to view the videos. Updates are available for free on browser websites.

Can I download the videos and watch them later?
