Every day, Dharma Studio brings you authentic yoga with some of Miami's finest teachers. Every week, they offer Anusara, Funyasa™, Power Yoga, vinyasa, Gentle-Stretchy Yoga, Yin Yoga, YOGathletA®, meditation classes, Mamaste™ prenatal, postnatal, kids' karate and Yoga Nidra too. Located in the heart of historic Coconut Grove, this little Zen shala caters to Miami's well-established yoga community, serving up some delicious variations on the hatha yoga theme. In addition to regular group classes, Dharma Studio also offers master classes with inspiring teachers and diverse workshops. They host dinner and movie nights and are part of the Coconut Grove Gallery Night (the first Saturday of every month), showcasing work by talented artists. Dharma Studio was created by Loree Shrager and Natalie Morales, two longtime friends and yoga teachers, to give people a place to get centered and feel great. While the street outside is teeming with the unpredictable excitement that makes Miami famous, once inside Dharma Studio, the chill atmosphere will remind you that peace and tranquility are still available in this wild city. The friendly, fun-loving staff is committed to guidance in the fine-tuning of self-awareness, and they aim to please. Their multi-talented roster of teachers has grown to include Aiyesha Ghani, Cat Haayen, Christy Nones, Deborah O'Brien, Gabriel Axel, Ian Darrah, Jason Lawner, Joan Varini, Kira Miska, Loree Shrager, Michael Olusczak, Natalie Morales, Vanessa Michel and Will Duprey.This is a true gem within Miami's growing yoga scene.
