Every day, Dharma Studio brings you authentic yoga with some of Miami's finest teachers. Every week, they offer Anusara®, Funyasa, Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Gentle Stretchy Yoga, Yin Yoga, YOGathelt®, Meditation Classes, Mamaste Pre-Natal, Baby & Me Yoga, Kids' Karate and Yoga Nidra too. Located in the heart of historic Coconut Grove, this Zen little shala caters to Miami's well-established yoga community, serving up some delicious variations on the hatha yoga theme. In addition to a regular group classes, Dharma Studio also offers master classes with inspiring teachers, and workshops on Pranayama, Meditation, Art, Philosophy, and more. They host special Dinner & Movie Nights, and are part of the Coconut Grove Gallery Night (the 1st Saturday of every month) showcasing work by talented artists. Dharma Studio was created by two long-time friends and yoga teachers to support and uplift the community through heart-centered education, clearing the path to harmonious living. While the street outside is teeming with the unpredictable excitement that makes Miami famous, once inside Dharma Studio, you're reminded that peace is available in the chill atmosphere, and tranquility within its walls.
