I attended yoga retreats in Canada, Brazil, North Carolina, Costa Rica, and Santorini. I took advanced yoga training and began to teach."

Melanie teaches yoga privately in her home and at the Jimmy Barkan Studio in Fort Lauderdale.

Melanie completed Duke Integrative Medicine's yoga for seniors and yoga therapy teacher training and will incorporate this training in retreats and onboard selected Crystal Cruises around the world.
