Our studio directly adjoins our multidisciplinary Healing Arts Center where we offer gentle SOT chiropractic for the whole family, cranial and TMJ care, acupuncture, East/West herbs and nutritional counseling, yoga- and Pilates-inspired rehabilitation therapy, various massage therapies from prenatal and lymphatic to deep tissue, as well as private Pilates equipment instruction.
Our focus is on the particular needs of the individual, to keep our clients safe, well-educated and in touch with their bodies' sensations so that they are able to live full, strong, healthy and connected lives.
