Parasutra is a beautiful sunlit studio located on the island of Palm Beach. We offer a warm and welcoming environment to begin and deepen your spiritual practice. We are dedicated to offering the purest of teachings through authentic, skilled and caring teachers.

We offer training in yoga, meditation and mindfulness through daily classes, private instruction, workshops, silent retreats, yoga retreats in the U.S. & Internationally, special gatherings and philanthropic spiritual journeys.

Asana is inspired and informed by the teachings of Ashtanga, Tantra and hatha with key alignment principles and breath awareness. Asana practice brings harmony to the entire system while helping prepare us for deeper work. As we come home to our bodies we can come to know our truest self.

Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice of long-held poses to enhance chi flow and nourish the organs. Yin practice builds a beautiful and powerful bridge between asana and meditation.

Meditation practice is in the Vipassana tradition as taught by the Buddha, designed to quiet the mind, refine awareness and open to deep self-inquiry.

Drawing inspiration from these time-honored traditions as well as Buddhist teachings and mindfulness practices that ask us to live in harmony with nature, you're invited into an environment designed to inspire and support your own awakening through intention, commitment, devotion and gratitude.

Devotion is key. Give the practice a chance to work in your life. For it is through our own transformation that we offer an authentically lived path and the gift of our true self.
