Yoga Well - Institute of Progressive Therapies
Yoga Well offers Yoga Alliance approved yoga teacher training programs for the 200 Hr , 500 Hr, and Pre/Post Natal certifications. We are grounded in our commitment to the service and joy of teaching yoga, and continually strive to offer the most eclectic and accessible teacher training experience we can. Founded on the Himalayan tradition, expanded by teachings from the Krishnamacharya lineage, and combined with present day knowledge for living and teaching yoga in a modern world. With a focus on yoga therapy, our unique curriculum offers a solid foundation in asana mechanics, anatomy, philosophy, pranayama, and meditation with a broad spectrum of electives, including but not limited to Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Restorative, Yin, Viniyoga, Chair, Iyengar style, Pre-Natal Modifications, Yoga Nidra, Class Sequencing, Business of Yoga, and hands on adjustment labs.
Yoga Well runs the Pre/Post Natal program twice per year. The 200 and 500 Hr programs consist of a revolving class schedule that allows you to begin your studies at any time and progress at your own learning pace within your personal schedule. And with our wide range of yoga styles and class offerings, students can build their course of study based upon personal interests and goals for their teaching career.
We offer payment plans and tuition assistance for those who qualify, easy freeway access, and seva (volunteer) teaching opportunities within the San Diego community.
We would love to meet you. Please call with your questions and to schedule your free consultation and orientation!
