Santosha Fitness yoga studio in Delafield offers affordable, enjoyable yoga for everyone. With a variety of classes and instructors, one can practice multiple times a week without being stuck into one time slot. Our convenient class pass system brings flexibility (literally!) to our students’ lives.
We offer an intimate, calming space that specializes in yoga, fitness and mindfulness. On staff Santosha has a certified Ayurvedic and yoga practitioner, a graduate of Kanyakumari School in Milwaukee, Nicole Estes. She brings a wealth of information and expertise in nutrition and overall wellness.
In our humble studio, we strive to nurture each student at his/her own pace and ability, without ego. Our non-competitive attitude helps everyone to grow and succeed, finding “contentment in every moment,” or santosha.
Each week, the studio has a theme that weaves through the classes, expanding each person’s practice and merging yoga off and on the mat. Upon leaving our classes, participants feel more centered, less stressed, more connected to their bodies and minds, stronger and fulfilled.
Our class offerings include tai chi, hot yoga, gentle yoga, parent and baby yoga, hatha slow flow, Yin Yoga, energy flow vinyasa, yoga core fusion, newcomer yoga, and our unique “Sweat & Stretch” – 45 minutes of Zumba and aerobics followed by 45 minutes of yoga.
