The Yoga Center of Minneapolis is committed to the highest standards of ethics and quality yoga instruction. Our 230-hour yoga study/teacher training program exceeds the Yoga Alliance registry guidelines. During this program students will study asana, philosophy, physical and energetic anatomy, teaching methodology, sequencing and much more. 230-hour students will learn from a variety of experienced instructors from different backgrounds and yogic philosophies. After six months of being in the program, students have an opportunity to focus on one style of yoga with a mentor of their choice. Additionally, each yoga study group plans a karma yoga community outreach program for a population that would not otherwise be able to access yoga classes.

The Yoga Center of Minneapolis also runs a 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training (eligible for 500-hour registration) which is broken down in to 6 Modules and can be taken at your own pace. Modules focus on pranayama, emotional & physical therapeutics, working with special populations, methodology, advanced sequencing, cueing and more.

All yogis, from beginners to advanced, can visit us online at www.yogacentermpls.com or call for more info.
