YSL Power Yoga offers classes for beginners and advanced students of yoga. Basic Yoga Flow classes focus on proper alignment in standing, seated and balancing postures, designed for beginners or experienced students who prefer a more gentle practice. YSL Power Yoga classes are more challenging and include advanced postures, inversions, and arm balances. Students should have knowledge of Surya Namaskara and the fundamental postures of hatha yoga.
