Gestalt Studios offers private personal training, intimate yoga and Pilates classes for women. We believe in quality over quantity and strive to create a safe and relaxing environment for our clients. Our mature experienced trainers and instructors work with women of all ages to improve mental focus, weight, strength, flexibility, and self esteem. Because our classes hold a maximum of six people, the instructors at Gestalt Studios are able to interact on a more personal level, while instructing all levels of experience. Beginners are welcome.
