We offer over 100 classes per week conveniently scheduled for babies, kids, teens, and adults. We have something for everyone! All levels. Gentle/Therapeutics to Advanced. Wellness Room at The Yoga Center features massage, Reiki, yoga therapy, and shiatsu.

Yoga Center teachers are dedicated professionals who love what they do. Many of our teachers are registered with the Yoga Alliance and have graduated with either 200 or 500 hours. The average number of years our instructors have taught is about 10. We have 27 instructors on staff with over 200 years of combined teaching experience.
