"Before and Beyond Yoga!"

The Thinking Body-The Feeling Mind® is based on classic hatha yoga, yoga therapy, kinesiology, essential principles of body movement and body/mind integration. Private one-on-one sessions, small group classes with individual attention, workshops, clinics, lectures and “Yoga in the Pines” immersion.

The Thinking Body-The Feeling Mind® is a movement meditation that provides a serious physical workout and a means to evolve physically, emotionally and spiritually. The technique promotes optimum human performance, possibility and well-being. It has proved useful for a spectrum/cross-section of practitioners including the differently-abled, athletes, dancers, health care practitioners, and advanced yoga teachers. The Thinking Body-The Feeling Mind® embraces all cultures, generations, classes, spiritual/religious affiliations, body types and shapes. The Thinking Body-The Feeling Mind® was developed by Linda Lack, PhD, who has dedicated her life and work to the study of the human body, movement, breath and their relationship to healing, creativity and human development. We meet each student—beginners through advanced—where they are and help them move onward, upward and inward. The technique is taught and practiced at Lack’s studio in Los Angeles and throughout the United States as well as in parts of Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Lack trains and certifies yoga teachers, movement therapists and professional dancers. We welcome any and all inquiries and dialogues!
