Hari-Om Yoga School organizes 200- and 500-hour yoga teacher trainings in Costa Rica in February and September 2013 and January 2014 and in Italy in August 2013. Beautiful locations to enjoy nature and internationally known teachers with whom to practice and study. Meditation, pranayama and asana as well as philosophy, Ayurveda and anatomy.

The school specializes in teacher trainings, but we also organize workshops, trips to India, yoga holidays in Italy and retreats in Costa Rica. In Italy in July the school hosts the Bliss Beat Festival, a bhakti festival of yoga and music with artists and teachers from all over the world.
