200-hour teacher training certification program. Yoga Alliance-registered. Thirty-day residential program in Sedona, Arizona. Combines yogic teachings with Ayurvedic lifestyle. Includes cleansing program, two Ayurvedic meals a day, daily hikes and additional workshops. Limited class size for more personal instruction.
Weekend workshops include the Enneagram of Personality and Vedic astrology. Students are exposed to yoga as a lifestyle that unites philosophy and traditional practices based on yogic texts that can be adapted to modern life and community needs.
Sedona’s first yoga studio, 7Centers Yoga Arts, is located in a beautiful 1700-square-foot center, reminiscent of Spanish mission architecture. 7 Centers offers a holistic and traditional Vedic foundation of yoga teacher training, using an ashram-inspired schedule that includes the study of the sister sciences Ayurveda and Vedic astrology.
7 Centers attracts a diverse group of students from all over the United States and abroad For the past twelve years, 7 Centers has offered 200-hour yoga teacher certificate trainings headed by course leader Ruth Hartung, with an experienced and inspiring faculty.
500-hour advanced training program features two tracks, yoga therapy or Kundalini Yoga, in four- to six-week immersion format.
