Our intimate program gives you lots of space to learn, grow, practice, teach and connect; our focus is on providing the best teaching and career building skills you need to become a safe, effective, knowledgeable and dynamic yoga instructor. You'll learn the philosophy, lifestyle and ethics of yoga in language that is easy to understand, with useful tools to apply the knowledge to your teaching and your life. You'll learn 108+ poses and all the skills required to teach them to any level of student, as well as the ethics and tools of marketing yourself as a teacher.
