INTERNATIONAL ORANGE (IO) is a wellness spa and yoga studio offering organic skincare treatments, bodywork, acupuncture and yoga.

In its beautiful sunlit yoga studio, IO offers 37 classes per week and workshops taught in the vinyasa style of hatha yoga. Committed to sustainable business practices, IO uses eco-friendly yoga mats, all-natural cleaning products, recycled paper and holds a Green Yoga certification. IO offers our community of yogis grounded classes in vinyasa, or the flowing style of hatha yoga, which synchronizes movement with breath. We balance this with restorative yoga options as a complement to a more vigorous, flowing practice.

Spa clients can choose from a wide variety of restorative and effective skin care treatments with our deep cleanse, enzyme boost and organic detox facelift. Our massage therapists deliver technically expert, detailed and nurturing massages, weaving in a hybrid of techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu, acupressure and Thai massage. All IO experts, whether performing a facial or massage, pay attention to the needs of our clients in order to create a treatment designed just for them.
