Join the renaissance of yoga education with the yoga world's most innovative trio: Mitchel and Tracy Bleier and Donna Jackson. Their relevant, cutting-edge style offers a radically affirming, transformative program, and their teaching styles provide the most effective training in the country to get you teaching, thinking and feeling differently about life.
The training is designed for serious students interested in becoming teachers, current teachers wishing to refine their craft, or students wanting to expand their practice and understanding of all aspects of the practice of yoga. This two-part training is Yoga Alliance-registered and will immensely deepen your understanding and practice of yoga, empower you to live to your highest potential and lead you to share this profound practice with others.
The party gets started and your inner desires get stoked with part one of the training, Ignite Your Soul. You will learn the key aspects of hatha yoga, pranayama (breathing), meditation and yogic philosophies.
It includes 100+ hours of practice and study in alignment and forms of over 60 asanas; meditation and pranayama; the history of yoga: Veda, Buddhism and Tantra; anatomy and kinesiology; and a certificate of completion.
The best part begins in part two, Share Your Passion, expressing what you know. You will learn the skills to put your practice into words. Part two includes 100+ hours of practice and study in teaching skills and practice; teaching adjustments and sequencing; Indian mythology, Bhagavad Gita and Tantra; Sanskrit for yoga teachers; and a certificate of completion.
Mitchel, Tracy and Donna cherish the opportunity to lead and truly learn together during the Yoga U experience, and they promise it will be an experience that you never forget.
