Vinyasa flow yoga three-week intensive YTT retreats in exotic locations: 200-hour Yoga Alliance-approved and 300-hour advanced intensives.

Our yoga teacher training course is an established, comprehensive, well-organized, affordable and highly effective program. This program has been successfully running for nine years, currently with nine trainings offered per year in Costa Rica, Bali, Spain and Massachusetts.

The director of the program, Vidya Jacqueline Heisel, E-RYT 500, is a seasoned master teacher with over 30 years of joyful practice and teaching experience. Since the program's inception there have been over 1000 successful graduates.

In 2013 retreats will be held in Costa Rica, Bali, Spain, and at Frog Lotus Yoga Studio in Massachusetts. This program includes meditation, guided philosophical discussions, a comprehensive anatomy portion, in-depth study of alignment, modification of postures and business application. There is a strong focus on assisting and practice teaching, so that trainees are well-equipped to be successful yoga teachers upon completion of the program.

Vidya and Jennifer also co-lead an additional 300 hours of advanced YTT to allow students to complete 500 hours of Yoga Alliance-approved training. This is taught as two 150-hour two-week retreats.
