"Upgrading prana to light."
Yoga Alliance-approved, Washington State-licensed, directed by renowned masters Aadil Palkhivala and Savitri. Offering foundations (200-hour), affiliate (500-hour), and certificate (2,000-hour) levels, with schools in Seattle, North Carolina, Hawaii, Atlanta, Edmonton, Vancouver, London and Helsinki. Come discover the difference between yoga done from prana and yoga done from Light; between yoga of the mind, and the Purna Yoga approach to yoga from the heart. You will soon discover that there is no other teacher training program like the College of Purna Yoga.
The College has two components:
First, the technical knowledge on how to teach the whole of yoga that is safe, effective, transformational, and accessible to all body types. Learn to teach Purna Yoga, the whole of yoga: asana (yoga poses with alignment), meditation, breathwork, applied philosophy, nutrition and lifestyle, anatomy, therapeutics, business and more!
Second, your own spiritual development so you practice and teach from your heart, instead of your head. The practice and teaching of yoga can be used to grow your ego; however, this program will teach you how to use yoga to open your heart and welcome your soul into your body. It is through your connection to your soul that you will find true confidence and leadership, intuition to guide your teaching and life, clarity for your decisions, longevity and true healing, joyful self-expression, and an unlimited energy source, Light, which is a powerful upgrade from prana.
