305 Yoga & Outreach is a yoga school and community center based in the lineage of karma yoga, or the yoga of service. As karma yoga practitioners, we believe that the science and practice of yoga are more than just systems of creating optimal health in the physical body and more than a way to a quiet and peaceful mind. We believe that these qualities are not our goal, but rather an indicator of our progress as we strive to enrich and empower humanity through conscious positive action.
305 Yoga offers classes for all levels, including intro to yoga. Local students who are new to our family can start with a trial membership for just pennies per class. Memberships start at just $80 per month for unlimited access to our 30+ classes per week. Our signature series, "305FLOW," is a breath-inspired vinyasa practice with a focus on safety, spirituality and a super good time!
305 is known for hosting Miami's most inspiring workshops and events including Yoga Aid South Florida , Miami's largest yoga class, uniting 600+ yogis each year for charity. Celebrating diversity in yoga, 305 is the host of the dopest masterclass series called "Yogatta Know This!"
