Explore & Evolve - Infinite Possibilities. Infinite Yoga is located in San Diego's hip and trendy Little Italy surrounded by art galleries and outdoor cafes. Owner and course director Dana Rae Pare, E-RYT500, has created a downtown yoga sanctuary for students to release, let go, move beyond boundaries and discover themselves.
IY offers a schedule for modern urban living combining pure traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa classes, with IY's unique formats: Core & Restore, Soul Vinyasa, & Yoga Sculpture inspired by Forrest, Iyengar and Viniyoga styles. Infinite's teachers are knowledgeable, inspiring and passionate, with class formats designed by Dana to provide a cohesive class schedule for students to explore and evolve. IY specializes in deepening your understanding and practice through private lessons, workshops, and teacher trainings.
Our unique 200-hour & 500-hour teacher training programs not only immerse you in the key principles and deep heritage of this 4000 year old practice, but give you the tools to effectively communicate visually, verbally and kinesthetically. To motivate and empower your students!
Finally, Infinite Yoga presents active yoga retreats worldwide providing more ways to experience yoga on and off the mat. IY retreats are in idyllic natural settings, chosen for their natural beauty and energy as a perfect complement to the yoga. All retreats are active, combining yoga with hiking in the mountains; snorkeling in the Caribbean; or riding elephants in Thailand.
"You can't find a better combination of atmosphere, excellence in teaching, purity of practice, and just plain fun. Infinite Yoga is a perfect balance of everything one could want in a yoga studio." Lauren
