Spacious, window-lined studio overlooks woods, creating a quiet, relaxing atmosphere right on the main street of Cornwall. We offer gentle, restorative, and all-level classes. Our belief is that yoga practice benefits all. Our classes incorporate breath, movement and relaxation to increase overall suppleness, build bone, strengthen muscles, enhance mental clarity, improve balance and relieve stress and tension. We strive to impart skills for taking yoga off the mat and into everyday living. Our teachers are Yoga Alliance-registered.
