core harmony offers mind/body personal training (yoga, Pilates, personal training), life coaching and small business coaching and consulting services. I am an all virtual company and provide fitness and consulting services in your home or office and coaching by phone and email.

Debra Bennett is a certified hatha yoga instructor. She has been practicing Iyengar yoga for 14 years, and her yoga teaching style integrates components from a number of different disciplines including Iyengar Yoga, ashtanga yoga and meridian stretching. She is grateful to study with Patricia Walden and Tias Little whenever possible.

core harmony programs are custom created for each individual or group based on your unique needs and personal goals. Integration of modalities is offered for a holistic approach to both your asana practice and to put yoga principles into daily living.

Examples of integrated yoga programs include:

  • Adding a Pilates component to regain healthy spinal articulation and to develop a strong core necessary for balance poses and moving in our of inversions safely and with grace.
  • Adding a personal training or wellness coaching component to multi-dimensionally approach weight loss or high blood pressure that may be limiting progression of asana practice.
  • Adding a life-coaching component to integrate the wisdom of the Yoga Sutra, yama and niyama into daily habits, work environments and relationships.

Debra enjoys working with people of all levels, including those just starting a yoga practice and seasoned yogis and yoginis.

A complimentary consultation is available for new clients by phone or in person (Boston area).
