Styles: Vinyasa Flow

Teachers: Tom Larkin, E-RYT 500

Immerse yourself in the process of learning to teach vinyasa flow yoga with Daphne and Tom Larkin, two of Shiva Rea's longtime teaching assistants, and an experienced staff of guest faculty. Whether you're considering taking that first step into teaching or looking to deepen your practice, this program is designed for you.

The journey begins with the first inhale and takes you on a path which continues for the rest of your life. The Sanctuary for Yoga teacher training program is designed to set a solid foundation that is rooted in the study of fundamental teaching skills, integrated alignment, philosophy, and dives into the great river of yoga. Bringing together years of experience in several lineages of yoga, the diverse faculty come together to offer their own perspective on the practice of yoga on and off the mat.

Our program is designed so students can spend concentrated weekends and immersions to deepen their understanding of the process of teaching and allow ample time to cultivate new skills and integrate the teachings into their practice.

This 200-hour program is completed over the course of six months. Completion of the full program satisfies the requirements for Yoga Alliance certification at the 200-hour level. The modules are open to students who wish to deepen their practice, to those who want to learn to teach yoga, and to teachers who are looking to expand their knowledge and/or satisfy Yoga Alliance continuing education requirements.
