Amara Yoga & Arts is pleased to announce our foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training program. This comprehensive program is intended to provide students with a deeper knowledge of their practice, and the skills to teach creatively sequenced, alignment-based vinyasa yoga classes. Students who successfully complete this program will be eligible to apply for RYS-200 status with the Yoga Alliance.

Tuition: $2,850 if paid in full by 1 Sept. 2013 ($3,000 after 1 Sept. 2013)
This program offers an integrated study and practice syllabus. This training will prepare students to teach solid, enjoyable vinyasa yoga classes with skill and assurance and set them on the road to becoming a truly inspiring yoga teacher. Students will develop a stronger practice and gain substantial knowledge into yoga anatomy, history and philosophy.
Graduation of the course requires successful completion of 3 written exams and successfully teaching a yoga class that is judged to meet basic requirements by the instructor.
