TriYoga Boston is a non-profit organization serving the Boston MetroWest community with yoga classes for beginner through advanced students. The TriYoga method is systematic, therapeutic and energetic. We offer RYS 200-hour teacher training, RYS 500-hour therapeutic yoga teacher training, and prenatal yoga training in a beautiful and accessible location.

The TriYoga flows unite posture (asana), rhythmic breath (pranayama) and focus (mudra), bringing awareness within to the subtle flow of energy. The practice increases strength and flexibility, improves quality of breath and mental focus, and awakens an inspiring sense of wisdom and guidance.

In the RYS-200 hour training students learn the five primary basics series. Emphasis is placed on teaching skills, modifying postures, using props, and hands-on alignment to create a safe and comfortable practice for all students.

The 500-hour TriYoga therapeutic yoga training program is based on evolving medical research and taught by highly credentialed health professionals such as Dr. Timothy McCall and Dr. Miguel Rivera, with additional expertise provided by senior yoga teachers. Our goal is to advance the knowledge and practice of yoga therapy. Each program focuses on a specific condition and includes background and evidential lecture material combined with yoga practice tailored for that condition. You'll learn to create yoga practices that soothe, heal, and revitalize. All are welcome to each weekend of the program and participants may accrue hours at their own pace.
