mind|body|fitness yoga classes are based on the eight-limbed path of yoga, guiding yogis to a focused, healthy life. Classes offered include Ashtanga, Vinyasa/Core Power Flow, Yin Yoga, Insight Meditation and Restorative Practices for all levels and experience. Annual RYT 200 teacher training.
mind|body|fitness yoga students cultivate a passion for yoga tradition and the bliss of living mindfully in the present.
Classes teach the traditional principles of yoga and living mindfully on and off the mat with warm light-heartedness. Welcoming, non-competitive and inclusive environment.
Tranquil, eco-friendly studio featuring bamboo floors and soothing earth tones.
Over 20 classes a week, including karma classes for unemployed yogis, as well as quarterly events to collect food for the local food bank.
200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified nine-month teacher training program.
Classes are offered seven days a week in the early morning, day and evenings.
