Lu Jong is a higher technique for opening all of the body's chakras. You will learn a simple series of body movements that have profound effects on the health of your body, mind and spirit. By working with the body in this specific way, you can develop resistance to disease, mental clarity, balanced emotions and vibrant energy. The continuous movement of the body also quiets the mind as you focus attention within, sensitizing yourself to your body's feelings and stopping the stream of distracting thoughts. Lu Jong is also known as Meditation in Motion.
Joelle Kelly is one of the first teachers certified to teach Lu Jong in North America. She is based in New York and the Hamptons. Private instruction is offered in the comfort of your home or office with sessions structured to meet your needs and schedule.
