The RYT200 hour program is called Fundamentals of Teaching and Advanced Practice. It is designed both for training professional yoga instructors and for developing a stronger personal yoga practice (the foundation for any future teaching). The 300 hour program is perfect for students wanting continue their yoga studies to focus on healing, bodywork, and anatomy. Since all these subjects converge in a holistic understanding when studied in an intense and integrated way, the knowledge and experience is assimilated well for everyday application. The Fred Busch 300 hour modules are designed for attaining 500 hour certifications and can be applied for by current RYT200 teachers.
