305 Yoga & Outreach is a yoga school and community center based in the lineage of karma yoga, or the yoga of service. As karma yoga practitioners, we believe that the science and practice of yoga are more than just systems of creating optimal health in the physical body and more than a way to a quiet and peaceful mind. We believe that these qualities are not our goal, but rather an indicator of our progress as we strive to enrich and empower humanity through conscious positive action.

305 Yoga offers classes for all levels, including intro to yoga. Local students who are new to our family can start with a trial membership for just pennies per class. Memberships start at just $80 per month for unlimited access to our 30+ classes per week. Our signature series, "305FLOW," is a breath-inspired vinyasa practice with a focus on safety, spirituality and a super good time!

305 is known for hosting Miami's most inspiring workshops and events including the Yoga Gangsters Challenge Miami's largest yoga class, uniting 600+ yogis each year for charity. Celebrating diversity in yoga, 305 is the host of the dopest masterclass series called "Yogatta Know This!"

305 University is our professional development platform for aspiring and working yoga teachers. We offer a 200 hour teacher training certification course that exceeds the NEW Yoga Alliance standards. This program meets 11 weekends over 5 months and develops highly educated ready to work yoga teachers.

We also offer an Apprenticeship program to enhance the professional skills of working teachers or those still in training. This course deliberately walks participants through how to build a following, a portfolio and a path way for sustainable income in the field of yoga.

For more details on our programming visit our website.

305 Yoga is also home to Yoga Gangsters, our nonprofit organization serving at-risk or in-crisis youth by helping them to manage the symptoms of trauma and poverty through yoga. Through yoga we teach:

  • self-awareness
  • self-respect
  • self-control

Our programs are offered within the juvenile justice system, in conjunction with the Department of Children and Families and with other organizations including schools, youth centers, rehabilitation centers, homeless shelters, and more.

Yoga Gangsters offers programming and trainings across the US. Want to join the movement? Visit www.yogagangsters.org for your info.

Our global outreach includes the raising of funds to support humanitarian efforts in Haiti, Uganda, Kenya and India.
