Experience the healing power of the earth under the spacious Big Sky. Nestled in the heart of the Montana Rockies is a place like no other, the Feathered Pipe Ranch. As one of the oldest yoga retreat centers in the country, it offers retreat experiences led by teachers whose styles encompass a full spectrum of specialties and emphasis including yoga therapy, meditation, mindfulness and the healing arts.

If you are a yoga student or teacher, chances are you have already benefited directly or indirectly from the Feathered Pipe Foundation's work. For nearly 40 years, the Ranch has been blessed to host many luminaries and fellow sojourners on the yoga path including leading lights such as Lilias Folan, Rodney Yee, Erich Schiffmann, Patricia Walden and many more.

The Feathered Pipe is a sanctuary. The cozy, at-home feeling arises from the swift and magical healing effect of the Ranch's land. Accommodations include private or shared lodging options ranging from chalet-style rooms to tents, tipis and yurts nestled in the forest.

Guests seeking solitude can wander about on their own exploring the beautiful landscape and savoring the wide-open vistas. Or bask in community, sitting on the open lawn in the shade of cottonwood trees, shimmering aspens, and fragrant pine while looking out over the lake watching the exquisite views of the mountains reflected in the waters.

Lounge, stretch, and unwind as you study with some of the world's finest teachers in our Rocky Mountain oasis.  Learn more at featheredpipe.com.

For the past three summers, I have spent at least a week at the Feathered Pipe to return my roots, to become more grounded. The accommodations are comfy; the food is amazing and healthful; the views are breath taking; and the yoga is some of the best offered in the world. This place is good medicine.
