Join us for authentic Indian, breath-centered yoga in the tradition of Desikachar and Krishnamacharya. Calming, centering yoga in a serene, spa-like atmosphere. At Halfmoon Yoga, we believe in bringing yoga to you, where you are today. With a welcoming community; with a sense of fun; with honest expectations; without competition; without tying yourself in knots; without trying to be perfect.
Deepen your studies with Yoga Alliance-approved training at both the RYT 200 and RYT 300 (for existing 200 hour yoga teachers) levels. Learn both subtle and western anatomy, asana technique and theory, course planning, pranayama and meditation, yogic philosophy and history, how to adapt for special populations, the business of yoga and much more.
Or join us for private therapeutic or private sessions, whether your goal is to break free from chronic pain, learn more about pranayama and meditation or hone your asana techniques.
All trainings, private classes and most group classes are taught by Catherine Deans E-RYT 500.
