Studio is located five minutes from beautiful beaches and trails. Classes held 6 hours a day, five days a week Weekends will be free time or for self-study hours.Group housing nearby can be arranged. YogAlign is a core- based system focusing on yoga poses and breathing that promote natural spine alignment and neuromuscular reeducation. Using self-massage, myofascial reeducation, and yoga without pain, YogAlign is powerful yet gentle. Activation of the psoas muscles and their connection to the diaphragm engages the core and frees the emotional memories in the body/mind. Become pain-free, strong, centered, and flexible in your own body while you gain the training to start a fulfilling, rewarding career as a certified yoga teacher.

Covered in the course will be yoga philosophy and asana, yamas and niyamas, natural spine alignment, pranayama, adjustments, sequencing, yoga therapy, partner work, chanting, and muscle balancing.

Training focuses on giving you skills to teach pain-free yoga classes to individuals or groups. You will learn neuromuscular reeducation techniques, including how to be flexible without fighting your stretch reflex and getting rid of back pain by aligning the natural spine.
