MELANIE FAWER HAS DEVELOPED THE LIFE YOGA SERIES CLASSES – LIFE YOGA BASICS and LIFE YOGA FLOW, which incorporates her 20 years of yoga experience, strongly influenced by her study in India and respect for traditional yoga practices.

All of the LIFE YOGA series include individual attention, hands on alignment, yogic breathing, movement to breath coordination, eye focal points and core awareness.

LIFE YOGA studio offers ashtanga yoga classes (taught by a certified teacher - Melanie Fawer), jivamukti yoga classes, anusara yoga classes, restorative classes, flow classes and basics classes.
