The Mind Body Program at The Sports Club/LA in Washington, D.C., provides members with the most extensive and diverse class schedules available, an elite group of instructors, and access to nationally known mind-body practitioners. The program complements the club’s state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, extensive fitness options, and highly experienced fitness professionals, while enabling members to integrate yoga and Pilates training into their fitness routine.
The Sports Club/LA’s Mind Body Program gives members access to a wide array of classic and cutting-edge yoga practices, such as hatha, vinyasa and Ashtanga, among others, and a broad selection of Pilates classes. Members can choose from an extensive Mind Body class schedule at no additional cost to their membership and also have the option to participate in one-on-one and duet yoga and Pilates sessions in a dedicated studio for an additional fee. Numerous specialty classes, such as Budokon, are also available regularly.
