Global Family Yoga™ provides training programs focused on teaching yoga to children and families. With the skills and tools learned at our workshops and trainings, you will be able to support the children in your community and your home in moving into a state of balance—balanced health, balanced energy, and balanced mind.

Yoga instructors, parents, educators, health care workers and other professionals can benefit by augmenting their expertise with these techniques. You will also be guided in developing a rejuvenating personal practice that fits your lifestyle and deepens your experience of yoga.

We offer a variety of experiences from part-day workshops to eight-day intensives with options in between. Whether you're looking for an introduction to the benefits of yoga for children, or a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-registered certification, we have a program for you. Our flexible 20-hour weekend modules can be enjoyed on their own or combined for the full certification. Each session is integrative and complementary to the others so you can take them in any order that fits your schedule. Weekend topics include teaching yoga to ages 5-7, teaching yoga to ages 8-10, teaching yoga to ages 11-13, teaching yoga to teens, teaching family yoga, yoga philosophy and history, the ethics of yoga, and anatomy.
