CenterSpace Yoga at Meiklem Kiln Works offers several different yoga and energy workshops including partner reflexology, shamanic journeying, chakra series, "Exploring Your Energy Field," "Intro to Healing Touch," Reiki training, Svaroopa Yoga, hatha yoga and much more! Walk-ins are welcome for all of our yoga classes. Pre-registration is required for energy workshops. We are located on the second floor of a pottery/art studio in a beautiful, serene space with cork floors, plenty of natural light and onsite accommodations for out of town instructors. Our studio is equipped with yoga mats, straps, blocks and blankets; and in addition to classes, individual healing practitioners and yoga instructors also provide private sessions/instruction upon request. We hold an annual Arts and Wellness Fair each July and host over 40 artists and wellness professionals with free yoga classes and a variety of demonstrations. Open Mind Productions also functions out of the studio space, offering workshops for young women ages 12-18 in art, yoga, movement and sound to aid them in their journey to personal empowerment.
