Amber Moon Spiritual Wellness offers the following services: life coaching (conducted over the phone or in person), Reiki, and Integrative Healing Therapy.

Our mission is "to promote spiritual well-being through compassionate listening, co-creative consciousness and teaching the tools that facilitate positive long-term change."

Avantika also offers Kripalu, Integrated and prenatal yoga classes at Dover Yoga. Please contact her directly for rates and a current class schedule.

Avantika has been teaching yoga for the past 12 years. She completed her Kripalu Yoga teacher training in 1999 and became an Integrated Yoga teacher in 2002. She also became a certified Integrated Healing therapist in 2003. She has continued her education as a healer and yoga teacher by taking classes for certification in leadership, nutrition, prosperity, consciousness studies and meditation. Avantika is a certified Reiki practitioner and is currently pursuing her career as a spiritual life coach through Ipec Life Coaching Institute. Additionally, she is in the process of completing her degree in spiritual psychology and consciousness studies through Kaplan University and Goddard College.
