Babes in the Backcountry has been offering inspirational, energizing and educational backcountry skills/yoga retreats since 1998. Programs are designed for novices through experienced yogis interested in integrating their yoga practice with their outdoor adventures.

Workshops and retreats offer basic through advanced backcountry skills, demo equipment, daily yoga, nutrition and health talks, gourmet meals, professional female guides and a safe, comfortable and fun environment for you not only to explore your yoga practice, but also to experience the backcountry with other like-minded yoga babes.

Retreats are based out of comfortable remote lodges accessed by human power (snowshoe, ski, splitboards or crosscountry skis) or via car/snowcat. Prior backcountry or yoga skills are not required for most programs (see website for details).

***March 4-7:
Backcountry/Yoga Retreat (ski, snowboard, snowshoe): North Lake Tahoe, CA.
***March 10-12:
Backcountry Refresher/Yoga Retreat (ski, snowboard): Janet's Cabin, Copper Mountain, CO (Basic backcountry skills and a minimum of advanced intermediate skiing skills required.)
***March 19-21:
Backcountry/Yoga Retreat (snowshoe, cross-country ski): Boulder, CO
