TEACH to Inspire Yoga Education Center trains teachers to touch lives through the yoga tradition. We offer certification through the Yoga Alliance at the 200- and 500-hour levels in southwest Missouri.

The 200-hour program provides a broad spectrum of yoga education familiarizing the student with several styles of asana practice as well as pranayama, meditation, raja philosophy, anatomy (both Eastern and Western), dosha balancing, chanting, Sanskrit and therapeutics. There are monthly 12-hour intensives as well as weekly study sessions.

The 500-hour program is a specialization in a chosen field of yoga practice through one-on-one and independent study. In both courses emphasis is on direct contact with real students at all levels of practice, making practice accessible and educational for each student in every class.

We are honored to be a link to the ancient spiritual lineage and science of yoga. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere for personal evolution and transformation.
