7 Centers Yoga Arts offers a holistic and traditional Vedic foundation of yoga teacher training in an ashram-inspired schedule that includes the study of the sister sciences of Ayurveda and Vedic astrology. This intensive training exposes students to yoga as a lifestyle that unites philosophy and traditional practices based on classical yogic texts that can be adapted to modern life and community needs. Weekend workshops include the "Enneagram of Personality and Vedic Astrology."
