Teacher Training Apprenticeship:
Iyengar-style teacher training is a Y.A.-approved 500-hour apprenticeship program giving one-on-one apprenticeships; emphasizes observation, adjustments, modifications and sequencing. Reading and essays are assigned in philosophy, psychology, meditation and pranayama. Also learn studio management and marketing and graduate with one year of teaching experience.

International Retreats:

One week of yoga in Bern, Switzerland, with two-day hikes in the Oberland foothills. Studio yoga every day, as well as shopping in the arcaded streets of the 11th-century capital.
