We offer a total of 90-plus classes per week. We have something for everyone! All levels. Gentle/therapeutics to advanced. Anusara, Iyengar, Pilates, qi gong, meditation.

We have workshops, vacations, events, a comprehensive 11-month RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certification program and are proud to announce our new Anusara YogaŽ Immersion.

Classes are conveniently scheduled days, nights, and weekends for babies, kids, teens, and adults.

The Wellness Room at The Yoga Center features massage, Reiki, yoga therapy, and shiatsu.

Our teachers are dedicated professionals who love what they do. Many of our teachers are registered with the Yoga Alliance and have graduated with either 200 or 500 hours. The average number of years our instructors have taught is about 10. We have 21 instructors on staff with almost 200 years of combined teaching experience.

Owner-director Kathy Donnelly is an E-RYT500, certified Anusara YogaŽ teacher.
